Host an E-Party and earn credit
toward Nancy’s Creations jewelry!
- What gifts can you earn when having
an E-Party?
- Earn a $5 coupon just for hosting
an E-Party.
- Earn a $10 credit when the
combined guest total reaches $100.
- Earn an additional $5 credit for
each additional $200 in total
sales.
- Earn an additional $5 credit if
there are 20 or more guests who place an order.
- Earn an additional $10 credit when
one of your guests has an E-Party.
- How does the E-Party work?
- Make the first step – contact us!
- Set a date, and how long your party will last. It can be
one day or up to one week, your choice.
- Please allow at least
one week lead time to get the invitations designed and mailed.
- Think
of timing: jewelry is a fantastic gift item. Plan around special
occasions
like Valentine's Day, graduation, confirmation, end of school year
gifts for
teachers, Christmas, etc.
- Provide
e-mail addresses for all your virtual guests.
- Since this is an E-Party, you
can send out
as many invitations as you like to all over the United States.
- Invite your friends, family,
co-workers, neighbors, classmates, hair stylist, mail carrier,
manicurist, gym instructor - anyone you think would enjoy handmade
jewelry or may want to order something as a gift.
- Use the Web to promote your
party. Post a party invitation on your MySpace or Facebook page, or on
a personal Website.
- Encourage your guests to forward
the invitation to their friends.
- Nancy’s Creations will design and
e-mail your invitations for you.
- We will "snail mail" invitations to guests you don’t have email addresses for.
- We will email you a flyer to
hand out or post as reminders.
- Your guests can shop at their
convenience and in the comfort of their own space.
- Guests will be provided with a
code to add to make sure it gets added to your order.
- There are no additional handling charges or
taxes, but discounted shipping charges do apply.
- Each person who places an order
will be entered in a drawing for a $10 gift certificate which they can
use on their next order or give as a gift.
- Once your party closes (at the end
date you chose), the orders will be tallied and you will receive a
compiled report with a list of what gifts you have earned (see
guidelines above).
- All orders will be safely packaged
and priority mailed to each guest.
- Each guest will receive a $5 coupon toward their next order.
- A USPS confirmation number will
be emailed to the guests who provide an email address.
Spread the word! Guests are more
likely to place orders if you remind them face-to-face, over the phone,
or in a personal email as the party date approaches.
